Massive foundation walls, minimum 10 thick, up to 14 thick, front wall goes down 12', #5 rebar grid 8 x 8, open to the back with large window wall(creating a subterranean room), urethane foaminsulated, waffle foundation drain control, over 600% coefficient of expansion acrylic tar type coating. Double French drain, lots of clean gravel, 5 truck loads of clean stone, 4 slab expansion cuts on 4 foot centers (no cracks). Floor painted, in the winter the sun is low, and shines right in heating the massive thermal storage created by the stone and concrete. Road very quiet, almost no traffic. The road is maintained, but thin coast of asphalt. Mild slope, borders National Forest on a 45 degree angle, so you have a view of the National Forest almost in a 200degree pan. Only one neighbor adjacent to property, SW corner. Southeast facing, perfect passive solar. Perfect for active solar if you choose. Small pond, frequentwildlife sightings.
